This area of the Website presents companies that are offering the sale of the company or its intellectual property.

Beginning January 2010, Jewson Enterprises will focus on its FINDERS SERVICES – introducing interested parties to acquisitions, mergers, or partnerships. A part of this service is to help physicians and physician practices identify the best information technology solutions.  If the requirements fit, we will deliver qualified buyers to qualified vendors at NO CHARGE.

If physician practice buyers and a vendor are a fit, we will send the following information:
  • Practice Name – By Permission
  • Practice City and State
  • Key Selection Decision Maker(s) – By Permission
  • IT Solution that Practice Intends to Purchase (e.g., EHR-EMR system, MCIS, PMS, or Integrated)
  • Expected Purchase Time Goal
  • Number of Physicians in Practice
  • Number of Physician Extenders in Practice if any
  • Total Number of Practice Employees
  • Description of Governance of Practice
  • Brief of Internal System
  • Other Relevant Information
Physician/practice buyers will be aware that you have this information because Vinson J. Hudson may assist them in evaluating your presentation.  Therefore, objectivity – yes – requires that we do not charge your company.

Before sending physician practice buyer information, we will contact vendors to get the following information:

1. Name of manager or executive to send information
2. Title of manager or executive
3. Email of manager of executive
4. Fill out the attached questionnaire in a manner that fits your business policy

Software Developer Description
The Company develops software used in medical offices and clinics nationwide.  The Company's PMS and EMR system can be used separately or as an integrated system to automate and improve processes for electronic medical billing, medical insurance claims, accounts receivable management, and all patient records.  The Company's software is available for purchase or as a subscription-based service.  It is sold through direct sales and through a VAR channel.

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) - The EMR or EHR system gives physicians and medical professionals a computerized system for managing patient files and information.  It provides real-time data access and evaluation to healthcare professionals.

Practice Management Systems (PMS) - The PMS can be used in a medical billing services environment.  The Company's PMS and medical billing software displays the standard ledger that makes it easier to learn and helps get up and running fast.

The PMS features are:

    Appointment scheduling of physician time and patient visits
    Billing of your medical services
    Sending of insurance claims both electronically and on paper
    Accepting of payments from payers, and billing of secondary payers
    Electronically transmitted EOBs are automatically posted
    Preparation of statements for patients ande their guarantors

Disease Management
This applicatiion provides several tools that assist medical practices in desease management.  These enable the physician to have the computer alert him when he/she sees a patient with a particular condition, and to present a recommendation or reminder of the appropriate measures to be taken.  These are under the complete control of the physician.

Makret Competition
The Company's products are affordable and easy to use y solo through 15-physicians practices.  Because it is designed around Microsoft SQL, it can address the needs of larger practices.  The largest number of physician practices resides in the solo through 5-physicians segment.

Who Should be an Interested Party?
The Company is offering its intellectual property for sale not its company.  Therefore, an interested party should have or is developing a business plan focused on:

1.  Becoming a vendor of EMR systems, PMS or both - client-server, medical billing services, and/or Internet-based delivery.
2.  Targeting physician practices or practice types such as urgent care centers, long-term care facilities, academic medical centers, correctional facilities, etc.
3.  Becoming a service provider to community physician practices from integrated health networks, hospitals, health plans, etc.
